You are a one-time phenomenon—never to be replicated.
Crafted with care by a God who knew exactly what this world would require of you.
You are a woman who leads, who carries, who covers—
and it’s time you remembered: your soul was not made to be stretched thin for the sake of survival.
You were made with fire in your bones and glory in your belly.
This isn’t ego. It’s truth.
And it’s time you believed it.
I’m Leslie Lyons—chaplain, soul companion, woman of faith, speaker and fierce witness to women becoming.
I no longer coach women to build six-figure empires.
Now, I hold sacred space while they lay down the weight of what no longer serves.
As a trained chaplain and spiritual director, I walk with women who are navigating the deep stuff—grief, burnout, calling shifts, faith transitions, identity questions. The sacred, the messy, the in-between.
My work is about presence, not performance.
You don’t have to earn your worth here.
You don’t have to shrink to be palatable.
You get to bring your whole self—loud, soft, questioning, tired, radiant.
Because that’s how healing happens, how callings get clarified, and how women remember they were never meant to do this alone.
PSA: You’re allowed to be “too much and still worthy of being held.”
It started when I was 4 years old and my mom put a plate of brussel sprouts in front of me. I told her matter-of-factly that I didn’t like them.
“Oh, you’re gonna eat them,” she started to say before my father interjected.
“No, E,” as he called her. “She has a right to speak up. She’s still gonna eat it, but she has a right to express her dismay.”
From that moment on, I was emboldened. I had zero problem saying what was on my heart and mind (thanks, Dad) and I was always the loud-mouthed girl on the schoolyard standing up for the underdog.
It wasn’t until my voice was taken away by an abusive partner that I realized what a powerful gift it was. I also saw the very real danger that comes with giving that power away.
I emerged from that toxic relationship like a phoenix rising, determined to never be made small or silenced again. It also ingrained in me a deeper desire to help other women reclaim their voice and achieve financial liberation, so they could experience true freedom that wasn’t dependent on anyone else.
I left my cushy, six-figure 9-5 job in Corporate Sales and HR and started my own business. For one thing, I just wasn’t built for the typical office environment. The restless spirit inside me couldn’t keep pretending that “business as usual” was enough.
But even more so, I knew deep in my soul that I was being called to do something bigger than I could ever imagine. No way in hell was I put on this Earth to enforce policies and move paperwork.
Like most of us, my path wasn’t straight—it was Spirit-led and full of sharp turns.
Unapologetic. Unconventional. And yes, divinely disruptive.
You sitting down? Good.

I’m a devout Christian, bold in faith, tender in spirit, and deeply committed to the full liberation of women.
Before chaplaincy, I spent years creating spaces where women could feel free in their bodies, their stories, and their power. I built and sold a multiple six-figure movement studio that became a sanctuary for joy, healing, and self-expression.
What started as a passion for women’s empowerment became the foundation of everything I do now: making room for women to bring their whole selves—unapologetic, unpolished, and deeply loved.
Turns out, that was the training ground for sacred work. I just didn’t know it yet.
Soon, what started as a bold space for women’s freedom and self-expression turned into something bigger than I could’ve imagined. I opened one of Chicago’s first movement studios for women—a space that became part community center, part healing ground, and part spiritual rebellion.
It grew fast. Women were hungry for it. And I poured my whole self into building something that honored their stories, their brilliance, and their bodies.
Over time, other business owners started asking how I created something so magnetic, so grounded in values, and still profitable. Coaching came naturally—but even that was just a chapter in the larger story.
Because underneath it all, my mission has always been the same:
Helping women reclaim their voice, their agency, and their God-given power.
Since then, I’ve walked alongside women who are:
Reconnecting with the sacred rhythm of their lives, not just their schedules
leading with clarity and delegation, building teams that thrive—so they can unplug without everything falling apart
making values-based decisions with clarity and conviction
grieving what they’ve lost and blessing what’s yet to come
become unafraid to own their voice and unapologetically scream their strengths from the rooftops
learning to rest without guilt, and lead without losing themselves
When I’m not helping fellow women speak up, boss up and level up, you’ll find me...
Playing with my grandbabies
Helping women reconnect to themselves inside my movement studio, Bombshell Movement
