Is this coaching program a good fit for me if I'm just starting out?
This program was designed for the business owners who have been in business 2-7 years. While some business basics will be covered, the curriculum is geared towards those who know their target client well. We're not dealing in "hypothetical situations" we want to provide real solutions to real problems.
Is the program live or virtual?
This is an intimate and immersive virtual group coaching program with weekly reflections, meditations, and other tools to help you find ease in your leadership.
Can I get a refund if I'm unable to make it?
There are no refunds as all funds have been budgeted to cover expenses. However, we will issue you a credit to use towards future events or programs in the case of a medical emergency.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes! You can split the total into 2 payments, at no additional charge. Click here to access the payment plan.
What’s the maximum number of people that can participate?
This cohort will have a maximum of ten people to ensure the opportunity for a strong community to form and provide space for everyone to participate in a meaningful way.
How often does the group meet?
6 consecutive Sundays for 90-minutes, starting on February 20, 2022 at 6pm CST/ 7pm EST.
What do I need to participate?
You will receive supplemental materials and exercises between calls through an app called Quenza. Once you register, you will receive an invite to join this app. There is no additional charge.
A journal. I recommend you actually write notes as opposed to using a digital note-taker, but the choice is yours!
What time commitments will be required?
In addition to your weekly 90-minute call, you should plan to spend 10-20 minutes per day on exercises and reflections. There will be no true homework. However, the work you do between sessions will ultimately determine how much growth and transformation you will have during these 6-weeks. Trust me, you’re worth the effort!
What type of support will I have?
A private group on the Quenza app where you chat directly to me or the group.
Pre-work to prepare you for the program and other tools and exercises to enhance your learning through the group experience.
The support of other like-minded women leaders. The relationships formed in cohorts often turn into lifetime relationships.
